There's a new brewing system at Colorado State University for students majoring in Fermentation Science and Technology. The first brew at the Brew Kitchen and Innovation Hub took place in February 2021. This system is comparable to a commercial brewing system and offers students hands-on opportunities to conduct research and projects within the interdisciplinary science of brewing. In addition, a new malt quality testing lab provides validated third-party testing services for the malting, brewing, and distilling industry to assess the quality of grain and malt products.
