Authist is a Neofolk band from Belgium ( Brussels ) founded in 2011 by Thomas De Moor. The songs were recorded between 2015 and 2018. The lyrics are written in a Brussels dialect that tends to disappear. It's a mix of flemish and french. Various forms of traditionalism, neopaganism and occultism play a part in the themes touched upon by "Authist". The songs are also about the human condition and the love for your country.
